In April, deal volume surpassed SEK 2 billion—an increase of nearly 50% compared to April 2024—spread across more than 25 communicated deals. Office properties accounted for 35% of the volume, residential 27%, and industrial 21%, while the retail segment saw a lower-than-usual share of teaser activity.
